Fischer Market Place update. This project has already been approved and they are currently preparing the land for build. The developer, ForCAST Real Estate Development, would like to share their plans for the project and field any questions that they can with the public. They are very far down the road with their tenancies, design, and architecture, so they just want to be forthright and honest about what they can do and listen to you all when they get the opportunity.
The community meeting day will be March 30th., 2021, Tuesday from 6:30 pm until 8 PM.

It is just past Laura Smith Rd., going East on Hwy 34, on the right. The audience is situated so that social distancing can be adhered to and would request masks for those who would feel more comfortable. When addressing issues, the microphone will be provided and held by one person so we will not need to pass between the audience.
